Hello, welcome to this week's program on Party history learning and education, from the School of Journalism and Communication in HLJU. We're introducing some basic facts about the Communist Party of China.

And the theme for today is The guides of the CPC. 今天的主题是——中国共产党的行动指南。

The Communist Party of China uses Marxism-Leninism (中国共产党以马克思列宁主义), Mao Zedong Thought (毛泽东思想), Deng Xiaoping Theory (邓小平理论), the Theory of Three Represents (“三个代表”重要思想), the Scientific Outlook on Development (科学发展观), and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era (习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想), as its guides to action (作为自己的行动指南).

Here are some proper nouns which initials should be capitalized.
